A Zompire is a combination of a vampire and zompire, showing abilities of both species. Zompires Damon and Gabby Drake, have been married since they destroyed Master Vampire DeVoie and his zombies. Devoie had been sent by Grand Master Fabian to secure Damian's loyalty to Fabian, or a sample of his blood, so that Damian's blood could be used as a source of DNA to immunize the Human Race. Damon is a direct descendent of Count Dracula. Damon refused in the first story, Generation Z, The Birth Of The Zompire. Fabian again tries to get Damon's cooperation. Failing this, he traps the Zompires when they attack his hideout. Will they escape before Fabian gets the blood he desires, or will Fabian be able to convert the Human Race into willing blood donors?
